I ordered a waterless diffuser, but it showed up broken. I contacted customer service, and they promptly set up a replacement to be sent out. Now, I'm just waiting for it to arrive and see how the new one works. I'm feeling optimistic since it seems like a solid product.

I recently got my hands on a waterless diffuser and I’m totally in love with it! It’s super portable, so I’ve been using it in my bedroom, while I work, and even took it along for a ride in the car. The sound is really low-key since it just puts out a mist, and I’m quite satisfied with this item. I was considering a branded one (N..) but the cost was kinda off-putting. This one offers way better bang for your buck. All in all, I’m really pleased with it and plan to grab a few more as gifts since the packaging was really nice too! Plus, it arrived the next day, so the service was top-notch.

Awesome item and support. Fast shipping with next day arrival. Royal Mail messed up, but that’s not Lintro’s fault. The oils included have a lovely scent, and the diffuser works well, especially considering its small size.

The customer support was fantastic - they swapped out a defective diffuser right away and kept me updated the whole time. Really impressed :)

The LINTRO Diffuser arrived in no time, shipped the day after I ordered and got to me within 48 hours. I've been using it for about 3-4 days now. It looks even nicer than in the photos, is compact, and operates perfectly. I'm really happy with how it performs! What really makes me smile is that it works with pure, undiluted essential oils! I really adore the Lintro Diffuser; they’ve created an amazing product. The night light is a nice touch, and the diffuser does a fantastic job with the essential oils' scent filling the air as soon as you switch it on. Plus, it has this cool timer feature that lets you set it for 3, 6, or 9 hours. How awesome is that? Seriously, what’s not to appreciate? The service was lightning fast, and it’s a great company to work with.

I placed an order for a diffuser and a bottle of oil through their own website, not Amazon. So far, I've only gotten the oil. I've sent two emails and haven't heard back. And guess what? They don’t even have a contact number! I should've just ordered it on Prime; I would’ve had it by now instead of running after an order they clearly don’t care about.

This Relax Oil has a fantastic aroma that’s just right—not too strong like some diffuser oils. It’s more like stepping into one of those upscale gift shops with delightful scents!

Great quality item and the aroma of those oils is fantastic. Really appreciate that it's rechargeable and doesn't require water. If I had to point out one tiny downside, it would be that the wooden box holding the oils was pretty scratched up and had a slight dent in the corner, so I couldn't show it off. But the diffuser itself is just beautiful! 😍

This diffuser looks fantastic and is made well. I really appreciate that I can use the oil straight up; the scent is way better that way. The customer support is top-notch, responding quickly and handling any problems right away. I’d definitely suggest this product and the brand to others.
